Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your School logo uniform! If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.
You have 15 days from the date you receive your package to request a refund or exchange. We can accept items that are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In their original condition with all tags still attached
For all returns and refunds, please Contact our support team. Be sure to include your Order Number so we can assist you promptly. You can find your Order Number in your confirmation email.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed, damaged, or are not in their original state. Items marked as final sale are also not eligible.
Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new item.
Shipping & Pick-Up
Orders can be picked up at your child’s school 3 to 4 business days after purchase. When the order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification email. Garments will only be delivered to the parent with the order number.
